This book is excellent. The writer enthralls the reader into the depths of the era of the golden age of comics. This is a classic and should be a blockbuster for Penny-Farthing Press.... I know the year is not over yet. But this is one of the best comic books that I have read and truly enjoyed reviewing this year. Captain Gravity and the Power of the Vril should not be missed.

In this homage to the golden age of comics, Joshua Jones, a young man working in the heart of 1930s Hollywood, finds his destiny amid B-movie sets and an exotic location shot. A gift from the stars transforms this director’s assistant into a new hero for a world hurtling towards war. (Dec. 1998) 32 Pages
